Since my last post I have been traversing the western half of the US. Seeing old friends and new places. I could have done better with pictures, but what I have will have to do. Let's go on a trip...

The trip home had some nice views
After over 24 hours on the road, the reward made it all worthwile...

Getting to see my happy sister and her baby was priceless

Holding the little guy was amazing... so tiny
There is plenty more trip to be had... read on
After three weeks at home making friends with little RJ, my father, brother, mother, and I went to a Nascar race... my mom's first.

On the way down we stopped to see Grandma and Grandpa, they looked at pics of there growing great grandson

My brother and I watched the race from atop the coach.

At a race together at last
After the race it was off to Seattle. A place I had never been before. I would be staying with two great friends from college, little did I know the adventures I was to have.

Amy not taking any chances while preparing dinner

Amys birthday party got a little creative

The Seattle skyline was beautiful from this vantage point, it was also where I dropped my phone into the Pudget sound
Seattle was a blast, but it was time to move on. This time it was to Denver. To see a one mister Caleb Nothwehr, a swell chap from Highschool. Unfortunatly we didn't get many photo op's, but a last minute hike provided some needed inspiration.

A cool October hike brought the years first snow, the elk were seeking warmer pasture

An old tree at the summit was soothing
That's my brief recap of the last month and a half. More adventure is soon to come. I leave for Chicago tomorrow. I'll keep the camera ready...
